Hi my name is Kelly Feng and I am in 10th grade. Before joining Align-us, I was very lost and confused about what I wanted to do in the future. Deciding on a career is a decision that seemed way too far ahead of me and honestly, it was almost scary to think about it. However, deciding on a major for college was not. The feeling of being lost and the question of what I should major in for college eventually led me to join the Align us program where I was matched with a mentor and after this experience, I can proudly say that it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Align-us has taught me so many things such as integrity, insight on the working class, life lessons, to be a leader and a team-worker, the list goes on and on. But most importantly, that feeling of loss and confusion is no longer there. Align-us has made it clear for me what I want my future to look like and gave me an opportunity to grow and learn from the mistakes of others.
