Rosemarie Walker is an Executive Assistant at the Law Offices of Frederick K. Brewington in Hempstead, New York.
Rosemarie Walker considers herself a lifelong learner who believes in starting each day
anew and looking first for the good in each person she encounters.
This fundamental principle has served her well throughout her personal, academic and
professional life as it allows her to embrace each person she meets as a fellow traveler on
this road called life and not to allow any hurts or harm from the past to affect the relationships
she engages daily.
Rose is a former Assistant Vice President at JPMorgan Chase; a former Project Manager at
ERASE Racism in Syosset and a former Client Service Lead and Service Expert in a large
retail chain. She is a certified Master Trainer/Facilitator who has provided leadership and
guidance in numerous change initiatives particularly in merger and process reengineering
environments. She was a chosen Diversity Champion in a global financial institution and
functioned as an integral part of the lead team in creating and driving new company-wide
management practices and work/life flexibility programs. Rose has also served as a coach to
senior executives and mentor to corporate peers and students in public schools.
Rose is actively engage in the life of her community and church – having served as President
of a local PTA unit and the Westbury school District’s PTA Council. She is a Certified Lay
Servant, & Local Lay Leader in the New York Annual Conference of the United Methodist
Church.
Rose is deeply spiritual and passionate about justice and responsible citizenship. She values
family and friendships with people from all walks of life. She loves to sing, cook and entertain.
She also enjoys reading, crocheting and listening to various genres of music.
