Dr. Jill Asheld was born and raised in Bellmore, New York. As a native Long Islander she attended Adelphi University where she studied Chemistry and graduated Summa Cum Laude. From there, Dr. Asheld continued her education at New York University’s College of Dentistry where she obtained her degree at the top of her class. She was inducted into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society. After that Dr. Asheld completed her General Practice Residency at the Veteran’s Hospital in Northport, Long Island. There she had extensive training in restoring implants and complex prosthetic procedures. When she’s not working, Dr. Asheld enjoys traveling with her husband and baking and cooking for her family. She loves running and playing tennis and beach volleyball.

Dr. Asheld and her team understand that going to the dentist can be a scary experience. As such, they try to do anything they can to make patients have a pleasant, pain-free experience, while using state of the art techniques. Dr. Asheld is involved in continuing education courses that expand on basic procedures learned throughout her training. Being up to date on the most advanced techniques allows her to ensure that her patients are receiving the best and most current care possible.
