Dimple Sodhi MD

Dr Sodhi was born in India and went to medical school in Mumbai, India. She lives in Long Island with her two beautiful daughters and a hardworking Med school sweetheart!

Dr Sodhi is dual board certified in Child/Adolescent & Adult Psychiatry. Dr Sodhi received her Adult Psychiatry training at SUNY Downstate Medical Center and obtained her Child and Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship from Hofstra North Shore LIJ School of Medicine.

In addition to her private practice in Melville, Dr Sodhi is currently serving as a Medical Director at Hope for Youth in Amityville; an organization which extensively serves foster children/ families and works with NY Department of social services and Probation. Dr. Sodhi is also the medical director of NYStart program for people with developmental disabilities -Suffolk county.

Dr. Sodhi is a Voluntary Attending at Northwell Health where She supervises Hofstra School of Medicine Child and Adolescent Psychiatry fellows.

When not working Dr Sodhi loves to travel around the world….and spend time with her family!
