Ammad Sheikh is an experienced Sales and Marketing consultant specializing in advising startups. Ammad has worked on projects with Major League Baseball, the National Basketball Association. He has advised various start ups in the sports technology, financial technology, communication technology, and legal technology space. He work with various technology companies to create and implement traditional and digital marketing/ strategies in an increasingly digitized and tech heavy business landscape. In addition Ammad is the founding member of the South Asian Sports Network a Long Island based organization that has over 2000+ members who play various sports such as – basketball, softball, football, ultimate frisbee, and bowling. The organization has been responsible with getting the adoption of halal food at Madison Square Garden, and for organizing tournaments that have raised tens of thousands of dollars for relief efforts. Ammad was the organizer and led the first Muslim American Night in the country held at Citi Field in 2018. Ammad is a member of the Asian American Advisory Board of Nassau County and is on the board of the Domestic Harmony Foundation.
